ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must be 18 years or older and be the final consumer. Minors are expressly excluded.
1. The product you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking the corresponding button.
2. The price indicated does not include the transport costs.
3. The order form will request personal and invoicing details, as well as the delivery details, that will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order and facilitate the implementation of new purchases at www.maixala.com.
4. Once the purchase order is completed, and before the order delivery, a summary will be presented identifying the acquired product/s, its total price (including transport and taxes) and the delivery details. The order must be confirmed by clicking the “Confirm order” button. By activating the “Send Order” button on the order form, the Customer accepts all the Sale Terms as per the Website at the moment of contracting.
5. The purchases are to be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and JBC). No other form of payment will be allowed. For payments by credit or debit cards, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the secure payment gateway once it has been checked that the input information is correct.
6. Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be provided through the web page. Also, an e-mail message will be sent with the description of the order and the personal details that have been provided.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that you have paid.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or modify any materials or content on this website. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.
MAIXALA reserves the right to reject any order as well as cancel or not accept a confirmed order for, amongst others, the following reasons: there was a technical or pricing error on the Website at the time the order was placed; the product that appears in the order is not available; the billing information given was incorrect or unverifiable; security systems indicate that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent; there is a reason to believe that the Customer is under 18 years of age; MAIXALA has been unable, after 3 attempts, to deliver the order at the address provided.
If an order is cancelled for any of the above reasons, MAIXALA will refund (if applicable) the value of the order. Delivery expenses are never refunded, except in certain circumstances.
The prices shown on the Website are subject to change. MAIXALA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once the confirmation of receipt of an order is received from MAIXALA, the price payable in respect of that order will not be changed. The prices in EUROS include the Value Added Tax (21%).
METHOD OF PAYMENT
To pay for the order the Customer may use the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or PayPal.
For payments by credit or debit cards, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the secure payment gateway once it has been checked that the input information is correct.
A copy of the confirmation of receipt will be sent to the Customer’ e-mail address.
Shipments will be made effective after we confirm the availability of the item and once we get a receipt of the payment order. We will offer you a tracking number so you can track your order.
The shipping is done through a courier company and is usually delivered within 2 to 10 business days. The delivery time will be subjected to the type of shipment and the country of delivery. Delivery times are approximate, although MAIXALA tries to meet them.
In order to avoid incidences when delivering the items (wrong address, impossibility to find someone at the address, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill in the corresponding form, not forgetting the box concerning the contact telephone number.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges or items not received due to an incorrect address.
Delivery expenses apply to each order. The exact expenses for each delivery depend on the country of receipt and type of shipment.
The recipient shall be required to pay all import costs and custom duties at the destination, regardless of whether or not the merchandise is accepted.
Delivery charges for MAIXALA items are as follows:
– Balearics: 10€
– Canary Islands: 10-11€
– Ceuta and Melilla: 20€
– Europe: 11-15€

The delivery charges may change at any time, without prior notice. The mentioned change will be applicable from the published moment. In any case, it will be valid those shipping costs that appear in the moment to realize the order.
RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES
From MAIXALA we would like to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchases. If by any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it within fifteen (15) days from the date you have received it from MAIXALA.
In order to return products, you must fill in the return/exchange form that you will find by the purchased item and enclose it to it.In order to exercise the right to return products, the following requirements must be met:
– Items must not have been used, washed or damaged.
– Items must be complete.
– Items must be returned in the original packaging.

As long as all these requirements have been considered, MAIXALA will refund the total amount of the purchased items. The order´s original shipping fees that you might have received will not be refunded. It will be you paying the shipping fees concerning the refund (except in the Iberian Peninsula). Should you refund not be accepted due to lack of conformity with the previously mentioned conditions, MAIXALA shall contact you shortly.
In the event that MAIXALA had send, by mistake, a item different from the one ordered or should the quality of the item not be the one expected, please contact MAIXALA for a refund and/or exchange of that item. Sending the item back to MAIXALA, in this case, will be coordinated from MAIXALA once the error or defect has been reported and therefore MAIXALA will assume all corresponding shipping fees involved.
In cases of changing the product, the client must fill in the return form; the amount of the item will be refunded (apart from the shipping fees where applicable). The client will be then in a position to place a new order.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PROMOTIONAL CODES (DISCOUNTS)
When promotional codes are used according to their terms and conditions, they are applied for a single discount on a purchase of a single product or a discount on an order for the time indicated by the promotional code.
Promotional codes are personal and may not be transferred. They may only be used for purchases on the Website.
Only one promotional code can be used per product and per order. Promotional codes may not be combined with any other special offer or promotion.
Promotional codes may not be exchanged for money.
MAIXALA is under no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes.
MAIXALA reserves the right to void a promotional code immediately if it suspects that it is being used in violation of any of the above conditions or in any other improper manner or if it has reasonable grounds for voiding it.
VALIDITY OF OFFERS (“SALES IN PROMOTION”)
The promotional offers shown on the Website to increase the sales of certain products are valid only while they appear on the Website, unless otherwise specified thereon.
